Avocado Coconut Chutney

medium avocadoes

juice of 1 lemon

grated coconut

mustard seeds

cumin powder

tsp.
coconut oil
chopped cilantro
small amount
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss the avocado cubes with the coconut, ginger, and lemon juice.
Lightly toast the mustard seeds and cumin powder in the coconut oil and add to the avocado mixture.
Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
