Mint Chutney
This chutney is reducing to Pitta dosha.
Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh mint leaves
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 apple grated
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
- 3 Tbsp. coconut shredded
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
- You may want to add water to get the desired consistency.
- Store in a glass container, in the refrigerator.
