- 1 c. rose water or rose hydrosol optional
- 1-2 handfulls dried or fresh rose petals optional

- Pour the milk slowly over your head and allow it to run down your body into the bath water. {You heard me.}
- Continue pouring the milk into your measuring cup and then over your head until you have used it all up.
- Set the milk jug and measuring cup aside. If you are using any or all of the rose items, add them to your bath water.
